Hatha Yoga Flow and Meditation Wednesday 6.30pm
Autumn is the perfect time to let go of everything that no longer serves you, this can be negative thoughts, muscular tension, or pent up energy held within our emotional and physical body. Charlotte will teach you a soothing asana flow, gently weaving positive intentions and affirmations to ease you through the Autumn months. Each week you be guided through asana (physical movement), Pranayama (breathing) and Dhyāna (meditation) focusing on cleansing and replenishing your emotional and physical self in preparation for the winter months to come.

Restorative Yoga with Adriana Friday 6.30pm
Start your we​ekend with a slow and restorative yoga class, giving you the opportunity to relax and re-charge your mind, body and spirit before the weekend. This slow and flowing class will take you on a blissful asana journey working with prana energy, pranayama (breathing) and mindful meditation leaving you feeling calm and relaxed. We will sometimes hold poses for longer so you can connect with your breath and let go of tension, allowing your body to relax into the posture. Complete beginners are very welcome to join this class.

Barre Pilates will work legs & bottom, improve posture and is a fun way to shape up and lose weight
Tai Chi (only available online) will support mental and physical wellbeing and spiritual development
Pregnancy yoga and Pilates will work on strength, posture, mobility, relaxation and breathing
Holistic Massage relieving stress and easing muscle tension to enhance natural healing of the body mind and spirit
Sound Healing Therapy will help you achieve a state of deep relaxation and harmonise the mind, body and spirit

Growth and demand for our classes has increased organically and there is now a small team of qualified teachers who have a wealth of knowledge, skill and experience to share with you.

Our face to face Yoga and Pilates classes are the perfect way to enjoy your practice in a safe and friendly environment. Our experienced teachers offer exceptional classes accompanied by atmospheric music and for yoga, candles and incense. See our face to face time-table for class information and post social distancing measure to keep you safe.

Join us online
Absolute Yoga and Pilates online gives you unlimited access to our online service, this includes all live-streamed classes and a library of videos to enjoy any day of the week. In our library there's; Dance Fit LBT, Barre Fitness, Yoga and Pilates for Pregnancy, Tai Chi and a gentle chair Pilates class for those less mobile. You can enjoy unlimited access to all live online classes and our video library for just £10 per week.
