Matwork and small equipment Pilates. Small friendly classes, 8 maximum in class. Credit available to use in another class if you are unable to make any date in your block. Credits can be carried over to subsequent blocks with prior agreement.

My name is Julie Kimber. I began practising Pilates in 2003 due to lower back pain and recurring injuries from playing hockey.
I began training with Body Control in 2012, qualified as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and founded Tewin Pilates in 2013. I am also a member of REPS; The Register of Exercise Professionals.
My classes are accessible to all levels of entry, from the beginner to the advanced practitioner. Classes numbers are limited to 8, so I can give everyone my full attention.
I always aim to make the sessions fun and rewarding and believe the benefits of regular good Pilates practice can really make a difference to our health and overall wellbeing.
