Have worked in the Fitness industry since 2000, starting off managing a small fitness team within the Champney's Group, along with teaching a huge variety of exercise classes and ending up setting up a fitness club in Portugal. My first training in Pilates was with Alan Herdman in 2001, then after many years of teaching Pilates, I decided to further my knowledge and training with a Diploma in Matwork Pilates with the Pilates Institute (trained by Michael King among others). I am now married and have two beautiful boys 8 months and 2 years, and teach Pilates on a part time basis.
