A one hour class covering core stability, spinal mobility and strength, shoulder stability, balance, pelvic stability and posture.
The class is led by a fully qualified Pilates Instructor.
Class numbers are limited to 12 so that participants are monitored and the exercises carried out effectively and safely to ensure the maximum benefit.
