Alison has taught dance, movement and exercise to music for 30 years. She is qualified in Modern Pilates (CYQ Level 3) and has attended advanced courses in Specialist One to One Professional Modern Pilates Teacher Training: Diagnostic Pilates 1: Postural Assessment & Shoulder Stability, Shoulder Conditions, Specialist Hip and Knee Conditions, Diagnostic Pilates 3: The Spine (& Abdominals), Spinal Conditions.Together with Inspiration Pilates Workshops: Stepilates, Gliders, Bands, Weights and the Chi Ball.
Modern Pilates Studio Group classes.
Alison teaches Modern Pilates classes in Selby Osteopaths. These classes are for anyone who would like to learn the Modern Pilates method within a small group of 5/6 clients. Classes are more intimate than a normal public session (which usually consist of 12 people or more) so more individual attention will be provided to each person as a result. Classes run on a course basis only. Clients are screened and given individual advice and attention throughout the class.
