I am a chartered physiotherapist with over 14 years experience. I am trained with the Australian physiotherapy and Pilates institute and have many years experience in teaching Pilates. The Pilates method is modified to enable
People to participate who may be suffering with certain musculoskeletal problems or if you are just looking to improve your core control,balance and body awareness. I also run pre natal Pilates classes.
I also run individual or 2:1 Pilates sessions if you would like a more tailored and closely monitored programme , please see my website for further details.
The classes are friendly, in a well equipped studio with refreshments made available.
