Pilates (specializing in back pain and spinal conditions), Fitness Pilates, Exercise to Music (Aerobics, Circuits, Step, Body Conditioning, Flexibility) EXTEND - Over Sixties and the Less Able of Any Age. I am also qualified in Pre and Post Natal Exercise, Nutrition and Weight Management. I am Reiki Healer and treat people from my own studio.
