What to expect?
Pilates class for mummies-to-be that will help to strengthen their back and pelvic floor and relax strained muscles, with the aim to help them to cope with the physical demands of pregnancy and labour on the body. The class is suitable for all trimesters and I will provide suitable alternative exercises to accommodate everyone’s specific needs. It’s also a great way to meet other pregnant ladies from the Worcester Park area!
Beginner Pilates Six Weeks Course

What to expect?
General introduction to Pilates with focus on the beginner / intermediate Pilates moves. Pilates is based on Centering, Control, Flow, Breath, Precision, and Concentration and during this beginners course, you will get to grips with these six pillars of the Pilates method, which is what makes it such a good work-out. Suitable for men and women, all ages and all levels. Also suitable for during the post-natal period, once you have approval of your GP

Let me quickly introduce myself… my name is Sarah and I’m a qualified fitness and Pilates instructor. I’m also trained as a pre-natal and post-natal fitness instructor and will organise regular pilates courses for new and soon-to-be mummies.
From experience, I know that regular exercise can solve a multitude of problems, from bad backs and weight issues to digestive problems and bad posture.
However, you can’t achieve results overnight, but with a dose of commitment, drive and a good teacher at your side you’re half way there!
And the process should be fun too… there is something so satisfying about emptying your mind and focusing your thoughts on getting the exercise right, while mingling with other similar minded people.
