I offer an innovative refreshing approach to fitness with the emphasis on fitting appropriate exercise into your lifestyle and ensuring that it makes a difference.
My specialist area is backcare and the correction of common postural faults. I offer full biomechanical screening to assess where problems causing discomfort originate from and exercise and massage treatments to give longterm solutions. Classes are held for small groups of either 4 people for a completely tailored approach or up to 8 still allowing for individual attention.
