I have been working in fitness and worked as a Pilates Instructor since 2001. I am qualified with Pilates Institute and STOTT Pilates and have a wide vocabulary of movements especially modifications to work with people with postural problems, bad backs, hips, shoulder girdle etc. Please call for an informal chat
