Coolpilates

I was formerly a choreographer and Director of Dance at the University of Birmingham. In 2002 I opened my first pilates studio COOLpilates, created to offer the very best in personalised exercise regimes. I now run 2 Pilates Studios which are centres of excellence, staffed by highly trained teachers. We specialise in private or semi-private tuition, with the option to join small group classes.
