Pilates with Pat
I have been coaching pilates for the last 9 years.
I live in Headingley Leeds. A mum to two boys, one left home now and started his own family and shock horror i find myself a grandma. I do love being a grandma though, my granddaughter brings me loads of pleasure and fun.
I love walking, reading, and am committed to personal growth. I do have some counselling qualifications which benefit my everyday life.
