Beginners Pilates/ Dynamic Pilates

Come and join us every Tuesday evening 6pm - 7pm and Saturday morning 10.15 am - 11.15am for our new Begginers Pilates.

Dynamic Pilates Tuesday 7.15pm - 8.15pm, Wednesday 12.30 - 1.30 pm and Thursday 6pm - 7pm.

Pilates is benefical for everyone.
The precision and correction of movement patterns makes this invaluable for anyone with an injury. The higher advanced movements are great for sports people wanting a challenging routine, to improve performance, prevent injury or just for an effective workout. The adaptability of Pilates makes it possible for anyone to enjoy the benefits no matter what your age or ability. These sessions are suitable for anyone new to Pilates and for clients with the following:

Anyone starting a new fitness regime/ weight loss regime

RE-BA Fitness has fantastic fitness classes, totally unique to Garforth and Yorkshire. No one class is ever the same. Every session is creative, safe effective, challenging but great fun.

RE-BA Fitness

Hi. I have been working in the fitness industry for over 15 years in many of the main fitness chains. My main interest varies from cross training, dance, personal training, sports specific training, Pilates mat/ small equipment including studio equipment, Yoga, Tai chi, holistic body massage therapies/ sports massage and creative fitness training.
I strongly believe that everyone's ones body is different and so requires unique and personal approach in fitness training. My passion is Pilates as you can use this technique as stand alone training method or to compliment all other fitness approaches. My main approach is to gage a personal service and approach to bring out the best results for my clients.
