Teaching fitness for 20 years. Qualified gymnastic instructor. Qualified Exercise to Music instructor RSA. My first Modern Pilates matwork being training 18 years ago. Qualified 17years ago as an Advanced Modern Pilates Practitioner. I regularly go on training courses. Latest being 'Pilates Inspiration' training Pilates on wobble boards and The Hog. These now being used on my courses. I have also trained using foam rollers, these also used on my courses.
I also set up programmes on a one to one basis to help re-align postures. I have previously worked at fitness centres such as fitness first for 8 years and Bannatynes Health clubs 8 years. Now instructions sessions at 24/7 fitness club York. Also running private courses.
