Simply Pilates teaches you how to align your body, using your muscles in the way they were designed to be used, rather than the way they have been learned to be used. Classes suitable for all levels. Max of 12 in each class to allow for more individual attention. Improves Core strength, posture and flexibility.

I am a fully Qualified Matwork Level 3 Pilates Instructor and have been teaching Pilates classes in the Fife and Edinburgh area for the past 4 years. I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 7 years.
Class sizes 12 maximum. Individual sessions also available.
