I am a fully Qualified Matwork Level 3 Pilates Instructor and have been teaching Pilates classes in the Fife and Edinburgh area for the past 4 years. I have been in the Fitness Industry for over 7 years.
Class sizes 12 maximum. Individual sessions also available.
