My background is in anatomy and physiology along with counselling and holistic interest which have enhanced my abilities to develop classes to benefit clients to achieve fully from Pilate exercises. Done in a precise manner and using the Pilates principles clients can expect to have improved posture, more efficient circulation, lymphatic and respiratory systems, lowered stress levels, toned buttocks, arms, thighs and flatter stomach. Increased bone density and joint mobility with less incidence of back problems. Improved flexibility and greater strength and muscle tone.
