Your Real Body Pilates with Catherine Sophia

A number of my clients start pilates due to experiencing pain. Using my knowledge from my extensive pilates training was having mixed results and I was struggling to get the answers for this within the industry. Embarking on my own research I discovered that, although Pilates has a great foundation, the latest research and understanding was lacking within the industry. Now, as an evidence-based pilates teacher, my pilates classes embrace what we are continually learning from the research on exercise and pain, which empowers the participants to lead the life they want, without the limitations of the outdated beliefs that are still prevailing.
