Pilates for Wellbeing with Wendy Tuesday 5.30pm
This class will introduce the benefits and principles of Pilates to anyone who wants to take things really slow with an extra helping of TLC. If you have bouts of fatigue, chronic fatigue, symptoms of long Covid 19, fibromyalgia, are recovering from illness/injury, suffer from arthritis or general aches and pains this is the class for you. The Pilates moves will be adapted and modified for your individual needs, giving you time to rest when you want to or work from a chair if required. Pregnant women and complete beginners are very welcome to join this class.

Perfect your Posture with Pilates Tuesday 7pm
On this course Wendy will be challenging you with some wonderful Pilates moves to perfect your posture, lengthening and strengthening your spine. Each week she will include fun and engaging variations on 3 focus Pilates moves that target posture and back strength. As the weeks progress, you will feel and see the benefits of this amazing practice.
Yoga and Pilates Fusion with Charlotte Thursday 9.30am
This class gives you the benefits of both Yoga and Pilates, taught as a seamless tapestry of controlled movement, breath work and a little light hearted fun. This course will focus on stretching, strengthening and mobilising a different body part each week. This is your time, to focus on you, taking an hour away from chores and enjoy the very best Yoga and Pilates has to offer. Complete beginners are very welcome to join these classes.

Pilates ​Moves You Saturday 9.30am
Start your weekend with a 'Pilates Fix' to wake up your mind and energise your physical body. This course will be taught by Pauline, Wendy and a guest teacher Nicola offering you some fun packed lessons that will inspire and educate you to gain a better understanding of the intentions, benefits and applications of Pilates moves. Pregnant women and complete beginners are very welcome to join this class.

Barre Pilates Saturday 11am
When’s better than the weekend to dance ‘it’ off, dance off the week and dance off any stress at the Barre. This fun and energising class is one of the most popular classes on our timetable, Adriana will be teaching a fabulous fusion of Pilates and ballet exercises at the barre. You don't need any Pilates or ballet experience to enjoy this fun and uplifting class that works on posture, toning legs, tummy and bottom. The class is choreographed to music keeping you motivated and smiling from start to finish. The class ends with a classical mat-work Pilates section to really hit those abs and a wonderful stretch to lengthen out and relax.

Absolute Yoga and Pilates online gives you unlimited access to our online service, this includes all live-streamed classes and a library of videos to enjoy any day of the week. In our library there's; Dance Fit LBT, Barre Fitness, Yoga and Pilates for Pregnancy, Tai Chi and a gentle chair Pilates class for those less mobile. You can enjoy unlimited access to all live online classes and our video library for just £10 per week.
