My pilates classes are a great form of exercise. They tone and strengthen your stomach, back and pelvic floor, and improve your flexibility.I work in a relaxed and controlled environment and offer professional support and encouragement in order for you to achieve your own personal goals. My classes are very social and often attendees come along with friends.
