| I have been a fitness instructor for 20 years, and have been teaching Pilates since 2003. I have just moved to Bath and would be available to train you on a one to one basis, or very small groups, in your own home. I have been teaching group exercise in Hereford Leisure Centre for their 50 plus club; and matwork Pilates to all ages from 14 to 80-something in the community where I lived.
