We offer: 'Clinical Pilates' - where Physiotherapy & Pilates meet. These treatments are at the Newbury Clinic with a Physio/Pilates teacher. 'Studio Pilates' - done on large pieces of equipment in our fully equipped Pilates Studio at The Newbury Clinic. 'Mat Pilates' - done on a mat using small props at our other venues in the community.
