I am a Functional Trainer which means I train you for your REAL life. What good is having the most toned arms in town if you can't run up steps without knee pain, or lift your toddler without putting your back out!! I follow the principles of Total Fitness, not just physical but social, medical, psychological and nutritional fitness aswell. Activity and/or exercise are the building blocks of our lives - if we feel good and look good we can concenrate on getting the most from our lives!! I motivate individuals by making it as easy as possible for them to achieve and maintain good health and fitness both inside and outside of class, throughout all ages and stages of their lives. I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 20 years, first through dance and then through Personal Training, Fitness Pilates, fitball exercise, aerobics and ante/postnatal wellbeing.
