| I am a level 3 qualified Pilates instructor. I also have qualifications teaching exercise to music, aqua-aerobics, Body Balance and Body Jam. I have been teaching in various sport centres and village halls in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire since 2005. I enjoy teaching Pilates as much as I enjoy practising it myself, I find I can relate to clients individual requirements and get a lot from seeing their progression over the weeks, months and even years.
