| I am a Level 3 Pilates Personal Trainer & Matwork Instructor based in Plymouth. I specialise in 1:1 and small groups and can offer flexible, bespoke Pilates Personal Training at my home or at yours. I am currently furthering my training with Modern Pilates, a clinical Pilates method, and have gained qualifications in Pilates for the Older Adult, and Neurological Pilates (for conditions such as MS, Parkinson's, Strokes, Huntingdon's and Peripheral Nerve Damage). This method uses functional Pilates to improve or retrain normal movement patterns, increase independence and quality of life.
