| I have been teaching Body Control Pilates matwork beginner, intermediate and advanced classes since sept 2001 in Brighton and Hampshire (Winchester). I teach all ages and levels of fitness in classes of a max of 12, or small groups, or 1:1 sessions in clinics, halls and am happy to make home visits. I am also a Bowen Technique Therapist and am a member of the BPTA (formerly BTER). I keep my classes very varied and we use small pieces of equipment regularly. I qualified with BCPA in 2001 following a varied corporate career in the private and public sectors to include HM Treasury in Whitehall.
