| Qualified CYQ level 3 pilates instructor.Trained with Pilates Institute to teach beginners, intermediate and advanced matwork pilates. Classes are held at Weobley Village Hall (Mon 10.30 and Thurs 4pm), Eardisland Village Hall(Frid 10 and 11.30) and Lady Hawkins Leisure Centre, Kington (Wed 6.30). Suitable for all ages and abilities. Private sessions also given in clients own home.
