| I am an experienced Pilates teacher in both Matwork and Reformer. I am qualified with Europe’s leading professional organisation ‘The Body Control Pilates Association’. I offer: MATWORK – small classes and one-to-one sessions or small groups up to three - A series of controlled exercises performed on the mat with the additional use of props to further challenge and strengthen you. Location: Breachwood Green or home visits REFORMER – one-to-one sessions - A specialised machine offering a versatile and effective workout that will tone and strengthen your body more quickly as work against the resistance of springs and pulleys (as used by the celebrities!).
