Mixed ability mat work classes with small equipment (small balls, toning circles, exercise bands, stability discs, hand weights etc.) Individual appointments for Back Care & Remedial Pilates as well as for Therapeutic Massage. Other classes: Gym Ball Pilates, Back Care/Standing Pilates, Pregnancy/Post-Natal Pilates. BCPA & FHT Registered. NHS staff-only classes at St Mary's Hospital. Competitive rates.
