Post-caesarean Pilates
| Jelly belly has a special focus for mothers recovering from a caesarean birth who still wish to lose their “jelly belly”, enabling them to regain their strength whilst improving energy, posture and shape. Using Pilates based exercises, considerations are made to ensure that each mum is able to perform the exercises safely minimising any pain or discomfort to the tummy area. Courses run for 10 weeks and pre-crawling babies are welcome. One to one sessions within your own home are also available. Please get in touch to find out more.
