| North West Pilates Centre is a fully equipped Mat and Equipment Boutique studio that provides Stott Pilates, Yoga and Sports massage to clients throughout the North West. The studio is set in an art gallery in the heart of the st.helends cultural quarter. The Centre has been established for seven years and offers both mat and one to one classes. Group mat classes utilize rings, Swiss balls, Foam rollers and Arc barrels, private lessons are conducted on the Rehab-Reformer, Cadillac, Split Chair and Ladder barrel.
