| Ilse is a qualified mat teacher in Body Control Pilates, holds certification in Reformer work through Stott Pilates and is also mat and Cadillac trained through Stott Pilates. She is a level 3 instructor on the Register of Exercise Professionals, working towards level 4 as a Back Practitioner. Ilse has worked in the fitness industry for over 30 years, directing, choreographing and teaching across a broad spectrum of ages, abilities and techniques. Pilates was a natural transition from her dancing and teaching career, helping her recover from injury, back pain, stress and cancer.
