| I'm a retired dancer and dance teacher so Pilates teaching was a natural progression for me as I've done it and enjoyed it's benefits for over ten years. I am also a mum of two under the age of 5 who keep me very busy. I teach small matwork classes (12 people max) and 1:1/small group private sessions. Courses are 6-8 weeks in length and advance booking is reccomended.
