| After spending 20 years working in an office, I found that the part of the day I enjoyed most – was my trip to the gym or the park to exercise and so, I decided the time was right to have a complete change of career. A couple of hard years studying and all the exams later, I finally qualified as a Fitness Instructor / Pilates Teacher in 2003. I started Gently Fit when I moved down to Aldwick in May 2004 and since then have been passionate in educating and passing on the benefits of low impact exercise, especially the subtle movements of Pilates that are so effective in producing profound long term and sometimes life ...
