| My name is Caroline Skinner and I run Forever Fit Pilates. Forever Fit provide pilates mat classes in Stratford upon Avon, and other parts of Warwickshire and Worcestershire. I am a fully qualified level 3 Pilates instructor, and am a member of the Register of Exercise professionals. I have a background in dance and ballet, and have been teaching exercise and Pilates classes for over 4 years. I pride myself on my high standard of teaching, and am constantly training and updating my knowlege of Pilates so that I can provide the best teaching possible to my clients.
