| In 2006, Sarah completed the Mat and Comprehensive Teacher Training Course with Master Instructor and Founder of BASI Rael Isacowitz and became a BASI Accredited Pilates Instructor. She has assisted with Pilates based Physical Therapy to learn how to incorporate the Pilates method with rehabilitation such as; postoperative surgery, sports injuries, bone fracture, lumbar spine and cervical spine pain, poor body mechanics, GAIT, and Scoliosis. Sarah has developed a great love with the geriatric and active population by providing specialized instruction to meet their distinctive needs. In 2009, she completed a Pre and Post Natal Specialization from Center for Women’s Fitness under Carolyn Anthony. Currently, Sarah is working towards her PMA ...
