5 x Zoom Bodywise Fitness Pilates classes per week

I run small classes and offer different levels of Pilates exercises, so that each individual can work at their own ability.
We begin with functional standing Pilates exercises followed by Pilates matwork exercises, and relaxing stretches to finish.
You will improve your functional strength and mobility, core stability, posture, balance and flexibility.
Emphasis is on 'you' with time for focus, enjoyment and laughter!

Monday: noon - 1 p.m.
Monday: 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Tuesday: 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 5 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Thursday: 7 p.m. - 8 p.m.

I have been involved in the Health and Fitness industry for over 40 years teaching In Person Fitness Pilates and Cardio/Pilates classes at venues around Aberdeenshire.
Since the Covid-19 lock down of March 2020 I have offered Fitness Pilates classes on Zoom and from October 2021 started an In Person class in Oldmeldrum.
I strive to provide a welcoming, friendly and informative environment for clients to improve their health, fitness and well-being.
