These classes need to be prebooked and prepaid and run in 6-weekly terms

I have been teaching Pilates full time now for over 15 years. I help women and men between the ages of 40 - 65 to improve their posture and correct imbalances. I use Pilates mixed with my modern methods to stop back pain and diminish those feelings of stiffness and 'age'!
