6 week matwork course using traditional Pilates exercises, modern adaptations, foam rollers and small balls. All fees are paid termly in advance.

Based in North West Kent, our Pilates school sessions are based on the traditional Pilates method created by Joseph Pilates, designed to improve posture, balance, flexibility, joint mobility, core strength, coordination and body awareness.
