Classes are run by a professional trained sports rehabilitator with far fetched experience in Pilates through training with Australian Physiotherpy Pilates institution. Trained not only in clinical but pre & post natal patients which separate classes are run.
Classes are run in a mirror studio with adequate equipment and refreshments available on site. We strive with knowing our classes are run in a friendly atmosphere.
