We are classically trained teachers offering both studio and mat classes.The studio is based in Goring and has the full range of Gratz Pilates equipment.We run both private,duet and small group sessions from the studio.Mat classes are run throughout the area in local halls for all abilities.Classes may not be suitable if you have been referred from a health practioner.Please call us to discuss your needs
