| I have been teaching and training for over ten years in the fitness sector. Pilates has been a way of supporting my past dance training at Laban and fitness activities and I have helped many people prevent injury and regain postural strength and core control. I am registered with the Register of Exercise Porfessionals - Level III Advanced Instructor. Trained with internationally recognised Polestar Pilates who work alongside Physio's and GPs referals.
