Adrian completed his science degree with a major in nutrition at the University Of Canberra in Australia in 1997. Since completing this degree, he has completed a Masters of Science in Human Performance and Health Promotion and a Masters in Physiotherapy Studies from the University of Queensland in Australia. Adrian has studied under many of the worlds most respected physiotherapists. Adrian is currently completing a Masters in Musculoskeletal and Sports Physiotherapy through Griffith University in Australia. This will allow him to become a titled sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapst with the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Adrian specialises in the treatment and prevention of sports and musculoskeletal injuries. He is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy, Australian Physiotherapy Association, Association of Charted Physiotherapists In Sports Medicine and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (USA). Adrian specialises in the management and prevention of a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries with his main area of interest being the prescription of clinical exercise, Pilates and nutrition for rehabilitation and performance.
