I have worked in the leisure industry for 30 years, 18 of those as freelance fitness instructor and personal trainer. I am certified in Stott Pilates and studied with YMCA Fitness, London in November 2010, I completed Essential and Intermediate Matwork, Advanced Matwork, Pre and Post Natal Matwork, Pilates with Stability Ball and Flex Band. I am Reformer trained with Lisa Bradshaw in 2021. I worked for a major private healthcare provider for 12 years, training a plethora of clients including marathon and sailing athletes, physiotherapy referrals - predominantly musculoskeletal issues including neck and lower back pain, knee or ankle injuries.
