Suitable for those who want a gentle introduction to Pilates and a re-introduction to exercise. This class is also suitable for those with remedial issues such as lower back problems, scoliosis, joint replacements and other health conditions which may affect the ability to exercise. This class tends to be attended by those over 65, however all ages are welcome!
