I have been teaching Classical Ballet & Modern & Tap since 1990 I then progressed into the Fitness Industry and in 2002 became a Pilates instructor.
I am very passionate about empowering my class participants to understand their posture and through focus, concentration see them rebalance, strengthen and improve their day to day functionality.
Many of my class participants have been attending class with me since 2002.
