This Matwork Pilates class has been running for several years with a very committed group of attendees. It is not suitable for beginners. Mats and small equipment provided.
Price £6.50 with a small discount for four classes booked in advance.

I was a fitness instructor for many years but my passion for Pilates was sparked when I started matwork training with Michael King. I completed the various modules, assessments and lectures and started teaching in the small town in mid Wales where I lived.
Now in Bath, I teach at the YMCA, for the staff at Bath Spa University and a couple of private groups and am always happy to help out other teachers
