Suitable for those who have been regularly practising Pilates for at least a year. Exercises may progress to intermediate level and small equipment used.

I am classically trained with the Pilates Foundation holding the Full Comprehensive Qualification with the specialist studio apparatus and includeds the full matwork repertoire, special populations and rehabilitation. The studio owner I trained with was the founding member of the Pilates Foundation and is only 2nd generation from studying with Joseph Pilates himself.
I have over 22 years experience with Pilates with my first 12 years teaching in the leading Pilates studios in London. I have worked with ages 9 to 87 years and with a huge range of issues, conditions and injuries. My clients have come from a whole range of professions and backgrounds from lawyers, designers, mothers, TV presenters and pop stars.
I now live in Wadhurst, East Sussex and have a Pilates Studio for teaching Privates sessions. Matwork classes are run locally.
