All abilities and ages welcome. A class that combines a mixture of standing and mat based Pilates exercises that will improve core strength, balance and flexibility. Will also help to alleviate back pain and improve posture.

Hello, I am a Level 3 qualified Matwork Pilates instructor. I have been teaching Pilates to small classes of all ages and abilities for more than ten years.
