This is a friendly, welcoming class aimed, although not restricted to, the over 60s. It is taken at a gentler pace than mainstream classes but nevertheless will challenge you and get you moving. We can adapt the exercises or positions if you have injuries or shoulder/back problems etc. This first class is aimed at complete beginners or if you are returning to Pilates after time away
Classes are £9 each and cheaper with a pre pay card: £40 for 5 sessions.

I have been qualified for 19 years now and have taught for most of that time too. I'm had a massive journey of discovery about how to use Pilates to help our bodies become more resilient, supple, strong and stay toned and injury free.
